Yes, although exceptions can be made depending on proximity to our location as well as the service being requested. Depending on availability we may be free to book same day.

Reschedules for weather are always granted.

However if an appointment has to be  cancelled within 2 hours of an appointment time, deposit will be kept for time and travel expended.

It is recommended to clear the car of any valuables or excess garbage. Areas containing clutter or valuables such as the glovebox or console will not be cleaned. Excess garbage can result in an additional charge for service.

No, you do not need to be in attendance while receiving the detail. However we do recommend being available during service.
